Today. Who is in the chair, and what needs you this morning.
Open the full demo studioThe problem
The inquiry is in your DMs. The references are in your camera roll. The deposit is in your head.
Replies slip.An inquiry that waits three days is usually an inquiry that went to someone else.
Details scatter. What you agreed in the consultation shouldn’t depend on scrolling back through a chat.
Clients drift. The best next client is one you’ve already tattooed. Most never hear from their artist again.
Tattoo journey
Every tattoo has a path.
Now you can see it.
Not a sales pipeline. A tattoo project moves from inquiry to consultation, deposit, design, appointment, aftercare and on to the next one.
Every project always has one obvious next action, so nothing waits on your memory.

Client profile
Image-first, the way you already think.
References, sketches and healed photos sit at the centre of the profile, beside the placement, size and style you agreed.
Tattoo Memory keeps the small things: how they sit, what they like, when they prefer to come in. Private to you, there the moment they walk through the door.

Tattoo passport
A client is a long story, not a single booking.
Every tattoo a client has had with you, in order: the piece, the placement, the date, the price, the hours in the chair.
When they come back in two years, you know exactly where you left off.

Follow-ups
The tattoo is finished. The relationship isn’t.
Completing a tattoo sets a quiet sequence in motion: an aftercare check, a healing check-in, a healed photo request, and a nudge when it’s time to talk about the next piece.
Each one arrives with a message ready to edit and copy. It takes ten seconds, and it sounds like you.

Questions
Asked by artists.
Do I have to type every inquiry in?+
No. You get a request form of your own to put in your Instagram bio. Each request files itself: the person, their idea, where and how big, and their reference photos, waiting for your reply. For people who still DM you, paste their message and TATFLOW fills in the details.
Is this a booking system?+
No. TATFLOW sits beside the calendar and booking tools you already use. It keeps track of the relationship: the idea, the references, the deposit, the design, the session, the healing and what comes next.
Does it message my clients for me?+
Not in this version. Each follow-up comes with a message you can edit and copy into Instagram, text or email, so it still sounds like you. Automated sending is planned for Pro.
Does it take payments?+
It tracks them. Record a deposit as pending, paid or refunded and add a link to however you already get paid. No processing fees from us.
Can clients see my notes?+
Never. Tattoo Memory, notes, budgets and your history with a client are yours alone. The client view shows only their project status, appointment, deposit, designs you have sent and aftercare.
Why not just a spreadsheet?+
A spreadsheet stores rows. It doesn’t tell you who is waiting for a reply this morning, whose deposit is four days late, or that a client from six months ago is due a message. TATFLOW does, the moment you open it.
I work alone. Is this too much?+
It was designed for one artist first. Adding a client takes a name and an idea. Everything else is there when you need it and out of the way when you don’t.
Run a calm, organised studio.
Open it at 9:45. See who needs you. Get back to the work.
